Refund Policy

Effective date: 23 July 2025


1. Eligibility

  • Time frame: You may request a refund within 30  calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Any safety seals, shrink‑wrap, or freshness strips must remain fully intact.

  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Items that cannot be refunded

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Gift cards or promotional bonus items marked “final sale.”

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email us: Send a message to info@ryzesuperfoods.us with:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return.

    • A brief explanation (optional but helpful).

  2. Wait for authorization: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

  3. Pack & ship: Securely package the unopened item(s), write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship them back using a trackable service of your choice.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item. Ryzesuperfoods is not liable for returns lost in transit.

4. Inspection & approval

  • Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival.

  • If approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

5. Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your card issuer or payment platform, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

6. Exchanges & replacements

If you received a defective or wrong item, email info@ryzesuperfoods.us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the time frames above:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit‑card company or payment provider—processing times can vary.
